We stayed here last September (2018) and I forgot my review. It really is a great please and we will return soon. The Hotel is in a great location and close to the Halfway House which was great for dinner.
Me and my partner stayed here from the 16-23rd September and had the best holiday we’ve ever had as a couple. Incredibly relaxing, the hotel and spa are so peaceful and looked after, I literally can not fault it. Every member of staff, from the barmen to the waitresses, beauty therapists and receptionists, all made sure we were looked after.
We stayed 19th September 2019 for 10 nights. Check in was efficient and fast with happy smiling staff. Our room on first floor with balcony was light, airy and spotless…
Fantastic stay – just like last year (with small areas for improvement)
After a wonderful stay last year, we came back again – and it certainly didn’t disappoint. While our experience this year was also excellent, we have to admit that the staff last year seemed a little more welcoming and cheerful.
In the mornings, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, which we really enjoyed. However, the staff at the breakfast buffet unfortunately seemed less smiley than before – they did their job professionally, but a friendly smile would have created an even warmer atmosphere.
The sunbeds by the pool were lovely and inviting, but we noticed that the cleaning between the sunbeds could be a bit more thorough. A little extra attention here would really elevate the overall impression – especially when relaxing in the sun and expecting a high standard of cleanliness.
Apart from these small points, the rest of our stay was absolutely top-notch. The atmosphere, facilities, and overall service of the hotel made for a relaxing holiday – all in all a wonderful experience, very much like last year. We will definitely return again.

Tiffany Neclace stolen by Cleaning staff
My experience was negative due to an incident that was very disappointing! My daughter’s Tiffany necklace was stolen from staff from our room which management disregarded. We know 100% it was taken due to having it in a tiffany blue bag in a box on top of sink. We left for dinner and cleaning staff came in and touched up our room. The next morning while packing to leave my daughter noticed the bag with necklace was missing. We informed staff and kept being told someone would look into and get back to us but no one ever did. After calling several times I spoke with Vasia(manager)who promised to speak to cleaning service and get back to me. Weeks later and nothing!!!!Firstly it’s a shame that a staff at such a high end hotel would steal from their guests but even more disappointing that management and staff would not follow up on this! I would not stay at a place that hires thieves and takes no accountability!

Een prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goede service. Wat wel niet ok is dat ikzelf een ongeluk had, gebroken rug! En in het hospitaal ben beland en daardoor vroeg mijn man de dag van vertrek of hij een paar uur langer in de kamer mocht blijven daar ik rechtstreeks van hospitaal naar het hotel werd gebracht en misschien nog moest omkleden en opfrissen alvorens naar de luchthaven gebracht te worden en naar hospitaal in België. De kamer was zoizo vrij want mijn man had dit al gecheckt online….prijskaartje 230 euro voor late uitcheck!! Niet okee daar we toch al een mooi bedrag betaald hadden voor 8 dagen
