Verdea is a traditional dry white multi-variety wine, produced in Zakynthos, which has been in Venetian possession for centuries. Its name “Verdea” is Venetian influenced, and comes from the Italian word "verde" (green), as a reference to the green color of the almost unripe grapes used to increase the acidity of the wine.
Tasty Features: Explosive Aromas of caramelized white flesh fruits, toasted bread, vanilla, pepper, ginger and full of spicy notes.
Aging potential: Ready to drink. Keep it in the bottle for 5-7 years for maximum results
It is ideally combined with fish, white meat, pasta and cheese.

The dry red wine Sti Riza tou Vounou (At the Root of the Mountain) comes from selected vineyards in the root of the mountain Vraxionas, in the semi-mountainous village of Zakynthos, Lagopodo. From the time when the Venetians prevailed on the island (1485), they reported in their stories the excellent quality of the wine coming from that area.
Tasty Features: Intense nose with dense fruit. Cherry, dried fruit, cherry jam and raspberry. Notes of clove, vanilla and pepper. As time goes on, in the glass chocolate couverture, tobacco and mushroom aromas make their appearance.
Aging potential: Ready to drink and 7-9 years in front of it to go on time.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of Olive oil. It is a natural olive oil that has a free acidity, expressed as free oleic acid, of no more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams, and no sensory defects. As a result of its high quality and minimal processing, is high in natural antioxidants, Vitamin E and phytosterols from the olive fruit and free of artificial trans fats that can be produced during refining.
