Contessina Hotel, a flagship property of the Contessina Collection that was completely renovated in 2019, is expanding to welcome within 2022 a series of new facilities and services designed especially for families that wish to vacation on the island of Zakynthos.
The new rooms and suites of Contessina Hotel have been designed by architect Christina Voutou. These modern accommodations consist of friends & family swim-up pool suites – with private garden or two bedrooms-, but also junior suites with indoor hot tub. Spacious and bright, they feature contemporary aesthetics and luxurious natural materials, such as wood and marble and views of the hotel’s pool or gardens.
The new central open-kitchen Veggera Restaurant, with emphasis on local cuisine and traditional products, provides a delicious full Greek breakfast and buffet dinner options curated by renowned chef Christoforos Peskias. As for the healthy children’s menu, it has been created with special care by the nutritionist Lida Giatra. This modern gastronomic experience for the whole family is complemented by a selection of fresh produce, like organic vegetables and herbs, handpicked from the garden of Contessina Hotel.
The wellness and relaxation area of the Kamara Spa – equipped with a gym, set next to the new main pool and the Pool Bar Lunch – and the impressive Roof Garden Lounge that is perfect for wine tasting evenings and dining under the starts, are the new proposals of Contessina Hotel that will please the parents allowing them to truly relax, while the kids enjoy an afternoon at the playground or at our outdoor mini cinema.
