This is without doubt the best quality accommodation we have stayed in, in Greece. It really is hard to fault, from the central location with easy access to the beach, to the wonderful buffet breakfast which served absolutely everything you can think of, the friendly and helpful staff, to the beautiful pool area with very unusual but comfortable seating.

What a lovely hotel, such good value for money and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Since the renovation this hotel has really outdone itself! I would highly recommend this hotel to any guests considering staying in tsivili, 10/10 no complaints at all.
I had the best time at the Contessina hotel!
I had the most wonderful stay at the Contessina Hotel in Tsilivi, Zakynthos. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy atmosphere, and everything is kept spotless.
The pool area is stunning, with plenty of space to relax, and the cocktails at the bar were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and varied every day, with lots of options to choose from. Our room was elegant, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the details that make you feel at home.
The location is perfect too just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing.
I can’t recommend Contessina Hotel enough. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely return.

Prachtig hotel met een top team. Ze doen er echt alles aan om het je aan niets te laten ontbreken.
Zelfs op verjaardag van mijn vrouw stond er een gebakje met kaartje op onze kamer.Zo lief .En nog een keer een heerlijke schaal met fruit met kaartje erbij, Het zijn de kleine dingen die het doen.De kamer is top heerlijk lekker balkonnetje
Zwembad prima met heerlijke bedden
Ontbijt zalig ontbrak ons aan niets.

Fantastic hotel and hoilday
A fantastic stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and very well designed, staff are more than accommodating. When we needed anything the service was fast. I would really recommend as a relaxing hotel and great facilities.
All staff were amazing but a big shout out to Sarah Laird that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and acceptable for a low vision person. A big thank you the small gestures mean a lot.
Exceptional customer service
We had a fabulous stay first week in September. Not such great weather, but the hotel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Sarah Laird and her team of Maria’s, Eleni, Giota and Christine looked after our group of 6 and made our holiday the luxurious break we’d hoped for. The spa staff were lovely too. Food was delightful, as were the cocktails!
Beautiful hotel !
Nice hotel, very clean and nice staff. Breakfast and the a -la carte restaurant were good. Nice massages in the spa. Only the matrasses on the sunbeds by the pool were very old.
The location was not good !The nearby beach was awful, the street with restaurants loud.
